YOUNG GUNs STRENGTH CLUB

A new fitness program tailored specifically for tweens and teens.

In a world filled with schedules, screens, and more TikTok's than you can shake a Shake Weight at, we understand the importance of empowering our youth with not only physical strength but also movement and the confidence and resilience to conquer any challenge they face.

This program is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment where your teens can build strength, boost self-esteem, and foster lasting friendships. It will also be a great strength-training addition to any sport that they are involved in.

The most common question we get is, "Is it really a strength training program?" Yes, yes it is! We do proper strength training exercises much like adults—bench presses, rows, pull-ups, deadlifts, squats, sleds, the lot (just in a more kid-friendly, fun way).

Young Guns Strength Club will run for 4 weeks starting Friday, March 21st @ 6:15PM (Danforth) with Erin. Registration is open now.

It's open to everyone aged 11-15. Only 12 spots are available. Sign up below or through the app (select "Fit Kids" under the "Book Now" tab).
